Wylie is finally recovered and resting nicely on the Farm. Dad however is not so lucky as it is my turn now to join the ranks of the stricken. My insides feel like the header pipes of this Harley...twisted.

Wylie's A Ok!

Well it has been quite a week for the two of us. Wylie had a bit of a scare with a unexpected virus that knocked him for a loop last week and into this one. This is Wylie thankfully standing after his spinal tap on Saturday. He is a real trooper and is on the mend.

last night on the farm was just beautiful. This is a image of Wylie squinting into the sun. It was super bright out there on the front porch. We had the music playing and all the games out. Badminton without a net was the game of choice...sort of the non beach version of Kadima. Wylie is very good. The other two images are of the evening and the sunset. Derek also showed up for a bit and that was great. The image of the ship is from this morning when we were out getting the mail. All in all day two was another great adventure day.

Apple Farm Monday

Yesterday was a great day for Wylie. He spent most of the day with his friend Maxwell. They went to the sheepherder's cheese farm in Chatham as well as did a big hike at the bird sanctuary. I had to work all day however so I missed most of the fun. The morning however was great for me as I was able to play ball with Wylie and Max. 1st picture is Wylie getting ready for the pitch.
The Second images is the view Wylie is looking at from where he is standing. That's the Catskill mountains in the distance. The third image is the fleet waiting for the next romp through the dirt.

A great example of a custom cafe Honda Goldwing sent to me today by Seth. This is a awesome bike! Love it. Take a look at what it most likely looked like before...

So Wylie and I are headed upstate on the train. The river looks amazing outside. Had a bit of free time so we thought we should upload some images from my Florida trip and the train ride. A few bike pictures of course as well. The 1st is a custom Honda spirit I think. Could be wrong on that maybe a shadow? Its a interesting job. Not so sure about all that red but the headset looks excellent in the 1st pic and the concept of the bike is well thought out. The second is a nice example of a Harley softail.

The last immage was taken in the high end design district of Miami. I hear rents have gone down.

Our Street Sign

Just a quick funny find yesterday. Sansbury's road...imagine that? Spotted in West Palm Beach FL. Hum?

Here is Wylie's newest creation. We went up to ToysRUs on Saturday because he just had to have the Lego Powerminers series. He settled on the Crystal Sweeper you see here. It took Wylie and I all afternoon to build it but it was well worth it. We had a great time and as you can see it comes with a bike. It looks like a KTM to me. Wylie is now super into legos so I am sure this will not be the last.

Norris and Bart

So Wylie and I went to art class last night after school and made some monsters. They guy up top is Norris. He is a little quiet and lives in the woods.
The scary guy below is Bart and he loves to talk. He also likes parties.
We had an excellent time and I think Wylie laughed the entire evening so I believe it was a creative success.

Hog Pit Retirement

Update on the Hog Pit sign.
Looks like Seth put it back together and it is in it's new home in East Hampton NY. An upmarket address for it's retirement. Sometimes even an old tired hog can find a nice quiet place to rest.
That's Seth's DUCATI residing in the back of his vintage English ride. Tea anyone? kidding that trucks rocks diesel and all. I am sure she is capable of pulling any stump you may need removed from your life. Good job Seth... looks great!
