Wylie's Summer Weekend
Wylie and I had a great weekend full of adventure and events. On Saturday we attended the Old Chatham Hunt Club Mix and Match horse event. It was a beautiful day and wonderful to spend with friends and loved ones. That is Liam on Ferdinand.
Sunday Wylie helped with the new puppies at the kennels and on Monday we all went to Six Flags!
I have to say Wylie was very adventurous from the Comet Roller Coaster you see here to the water park. Click the link above to read about this famous roller coaster survivor. It was the 1st real ride of the day for Wylie!
We were all exhausted by the day's end. Wylie and his good friend Colin Anderson never stopped talking and never stopped smiling except when they were passed out from exhaustion. Cody and I had a great time too.

West Side Wylie
Wylie and I went to the west side yesterday afternoon to the new Chelsea Piers Skate Park. It is an amazing place and very well done. Wylie did a bit of ramp to ramp training working on his transfers with me as the rest of the skaters did their best not to run into one another. Not entirely successful however as we witnessed. But all in all a great time and an excellent venue. Wylie then took me on a walk on the High Line which I had not been on yet. A very cool spot literally with the river breeze passing through. It is amazing and we will be back. We finally ended up at Tortilla Flats for a snack and as you can see I captured Wylie in mid sentence about the skate park. He had a great time.

Wylie Plays Dribble from Tales of a Fourth Grade Nothing
Wylie had his play this morning at PS3 which was a great success. Wylie played Dribble the main character's pet turtle in an adaptation from Judy Blume's book Tales of a Fourth Grade Nothing. Unfortunately Dribble gets eventually eaten by Peter's new baby brother Fudge. Its a good story and a great play and the kids did a phenomenal job.
Here is a link to Judy Blume and her idea for the story.
